Charging and mixing
We produce mixed products by order of our international customers from the construction building material industry at our plants in Dorsten and Ottendorf Okrilla. Cement and silica sand mixtures (ready mixed mortar and special mortar) are offered as well as mixtures with additives and bonding agents of your choice. EUOQUARZs own silica sand and gravel are charged within the granulation range from 0.063 mm to 16 mm.

The products are offered:
- with exact batch identification marking
- with automatic palletisation according to luggage picture of your choice
- with foil edition on the pallet and shrink cap if desired
Production and batch list, production attendant examinations and complex final inspections are self-evident.
We have:
- best equipped concrete laboratories,
- Laboratory for reaction resin mortar,
- Climatic chamber from 5°C to 35°C.
We are certified according to ISO 9001.

Delivery forms:
- 25 kg paper, per 1 t on europallet, with shrink cap
- Bucket 10 - 25 kg (packed on europallet depending on disposition and size), with shrink cap
- BigBag range from 500 kg to 1.000 kg
