EUROQUARZ is also specialised in job order production. We are producing at our plants in Dorsten and Ottendorf-Okrilla for various international customers out of the chemical construction products industry and dry mortar industry. We also provide different services to a number of clients out of a wide range of other industries. This means:
- we produce special dry mortar products
and other ready-to-use products
- with cement and with other binders
- grain size from 0.4 mm to 16 mm
- additives exactly weighed within 0.05 kg
- in 25 kg-sacks, or big bags, pails, or other
- packages
- we sieve different products
- we fill different bulk products into
different sizes of bags and pails
- we dry different products

The whole production process is done according to ISO 9001.
Laboratory testing during production, production records and final
testing guarantee best product quality and allow to trace back production.
Our laboratories are equipped with climate-controlled rooms from 5°C to 35 °C.
In one laboratory we have also equipment for testing epoxy resins and ECC-mortars.
All products and processes are monitored and controlled by independent domestic Quality-Management staff and by foreign organizations as AFNOR, Materialprüfungsamt, Stichting BMC and UBAtc.
