Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are of importance for operational safety. Also at the plants safety and environmental questions are of importance. Without correct and complete information about the product it is very difficult to handle the product with necessary safety. Quartz is not a hazardous substance.
For materials which are no hazardous substances
it is not required to have a MDSD.
In order to support our customers we create MSDS with all information without obligation. The following MSDS are available:
MSDS are obligatory, if the products contain a minimum of 1 % of their weight of a part of material which is harmful or hazardous for environmental. Also MSDS is prescribed for products which have a limited exposition value according to the European directive 98/24/EG.
There is a limited exposition value for quartz flour MICROSIL, so a MSDS for MICROSIL is an obligation.
